Cheese and Onion Flatbread
We mixed together 250g self raising flour with 250g Greek yoghurt,
half a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. We worked
it into a dough, let it rest, then flattened out into some oval
shapes.
One of our toppings was chopped , the other was spring onions and halumi
pieces.
We then baked in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
