  Tzatziki Recipe Cook Nights by Babs and Despinaki  

 

Tzatziki

We used half a cucumber which we peeled, cored and chopped finely. We kept some aside and blitzed the rest in a blender with Greek yoghurt, mint and garlic.

We served it with the rest of the cucumber and our cheese and onion and jalapeno flatbreads.
