Jalapeno Flatbread
We mixed together 250g self raising flour with 250g Greek yoghurt,
half a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. We worked
it into a dough, let it rest, then flattened out into some oval
shapes.
One of our toppings was chopped red and green jalapenos, the
