  Jalapeno Flatbread Recipe Cook Nights by Babs and Despinaki  

 

Jalapeno Flatbread

We mixed together 250g self raising flour with 250g Greek yoghurt, half a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. We worked it into a dough, let it rest, then flattened out into some oval shapes.

One of our toppings was chopped red and green jalapenos, the other was spring onions and halumi pieces.

We then baked in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.

We served it with our houmous and tzatziki and meatballs.
