Lamb Meatballs with Bloody Mary Sauce
With minced lamb and some spices we made small meatballs which
we fried in a little oil, being careful not to move them about
too much and stop them breaking up.
We made a spicy tomato sauce with onion, chilli, garlic, mixed
herbs, seasoning and passata. We let the sauce reduce and added
some chilli vodka.
We added in the meatballs to heat and cook through before serving
with chunks of haloumi cheese and fresh coriander.
