              Ham & Pepper Tagliatelle 
               For this dish we used our . We rolled it out through our pasta machine.  
                  
              We then put it through the tagliatelle setting and hung it up 
                to dry. Then we boiled our pasta for 5-6 minutes until al dente. 
                  
              We drained the pasta and added some of our homemade  
                and coated the tagliatelle thoroughly. Bas had some leftover gammon 
                from a roast joint, which we copped up into chunks and added to 
                the pasta.
