Pasta 3 Flavours
We have been making our own for a while now, so this time we were ready to experiment
with flavours again. To our pasta flour we added 3 eggs and a
good pinch of salt. We worked it into a dough before separating
it into 3 pieces.
To one we added a few tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce and
worked it into the dough thoroughly. It took on a slight colour
from the sauce and smelled lovely. For another we added a few
tablespoons of roughly chopped fresh parsley, and again worked
it through the dough.
Our last dough was flavoured with finely ground and coarsely
ground black pepper. We then split each ball into two and let
all six rest by chilling in the fridge for half an hour. We froze
each ball of pasta individually to be used when we needed them.
