Black Pudding & Chorizo Ravioli
We started by making our helped by our novice assistant Millie, sister of
Babs. Another killer combination of black pudding and chorizo
- Millie has not had black pudding for ages.
We sauteed the black pudding and chorizo slices and let them
cool. Rolled out the pasta into long sheets and dotted the black
pudding and chorizo slices on top.
We then placed another long sheet of pasta on top and pressed
around the filling making sure no air in the pockets and cut them
into round ravioli. We boiled the ravioli for about 6 minutes
in salted water and drained and served with our .
