Smoked Salmon Vol-au-vents
As part of our idea of an "" we had a go at making our own Scottish
vol-au-vents.
Using puff pastry cut into rings, we baked in the oven. We cut
out smaller rings into the middle and filled it with soft cream
cheese, a squeeze of lemon, freshly ground black pepper and pieces
of smoked salmon.
A bit wonky looking but tasted great and we think fab for a first
attempt.
