Tartare Sauce
We put into the food processor 3 gherkins and a teaspoon of capers
and blitzed. We squeezed in the juice of half a lemon and a drizzle
of olive oil and blended till smooth. We then put it in a bowl
and mixed in 200g of mayonnaise.
We then added more roughly chopped capers for texture and sprinkled
on some paprika before serving with our .
