Stilton Rolls
We measured and sifted 200g of self-raising flour and added 1
tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
We then added 50g of Greek yoghurt and 2 eggs (beaten).
We crumbled in 100g of stilton and mixed together until combined.
We then turned the mixture out onto a floured surface and kneaded
for 1-2 minutes until it formed a dough and split the dough into
4 pieces.
We then made shapes out of the dough and sprinkled them with
black and white sesame seeds. We placed onto an oiled baking tray
and put them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20
minutes, until risen and golden-brown on top.
