Oven Baked Sea Bass
We washed our fresh sea bass and placed the in a foil lined baking
tray. We stuffed the insides with slices of lemon, some of our
and
fresh thyme. We then seasoned the rest of the fish and placed
some more lemon slices on top before cooking in the oven covered
in foil for 20 mins.
We had roast julienne parsnips, carrots and swede to accompany
our sea bass. We tossed them in parmesan cheese and chilli flakes
and roasted them in a little oil for 20-30 mins, until tender.
