Roast Lamb

It was Despinaki's and Mr Babs' birthdays so when asked by Babs what we would like as a birthday treat, we both deafened her by shouting "LAMB LAMB LAMB" in her ear.

So we preheated the oven to 200ºC. Mixed crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, chillies and olive oil together. Seasoned the lamb with salt and pepper and rubbed the marinade into it.

We cooked the lamb for about an hour and a half. Took it out of the oven and covered with tinfoil and left it for 15 minutes before carving and serving with yummy lemon potatoes.
