Potato & Parsnip Rosti
One baking potato and one parsnip and we grated them together
in a bowl.
We then placed them in a tea towel to squeeze out the excess
moisture. We thought we were doing ok but needed the help of Mr
Babs to really squeeze.
We shaped them into rough circles and added some chilli flakes
before frying in a little oil and kept turning them gently to
keep them in shape. We served these along side our .
