Oven Baked Gilthead Bream
We had two lovely (but rather ugly) gilthead bream which we stuffed
the insides of with fresh slices of lemon and some sliced red
chilli. We then seasoned both sides of the fish with salt and
pepper and some thyme.
We put some tin foil into a baking tin and greased it with some
oil before placing the bream on top. We then cooked them in the
oven covered in foil for about 25 mins. We served them with our
