Dauphinoise Neeps and Tatties

We thinly sliced some potatoes which we layered in a butter ramekin and casserole dish. Between each layer was some knobs of butter, some Philadelphia cheese and seasoning. We brushed the top with more butter before baking in the oven until cooked through.

We served them with our fabby haggis scotch eggs.
