Chilli Chicken Liver Pâté
We needed more of our delicious pâté, so we followed our tried
and tested .
But this time when blitzing, we added some red and green chillies.
They added a great background kick to the pate.
We served it with some melba toast. We toasted slices of plain
bread which we let cool slightly. We took a sharp knife and cut
the slices in 2 lengthways. We then toasted the insides which
makes the toast curl slightly and gives a great crunchy texture.
