Chilli Chicken Liver Pâté

We needed more of our delicious pâté, so we followed our tried and tested recipe. But this time when blitzing, we added some red and green chillies. They added a great background kick to the pate.

We served it with some melba toast. We toasted slices of plain bread which we let cool slightly. We took a sharp knife and cut the slices in 2 lengthways. We then toasted the insides which makes the toast curl slightly and gives a great crunchy texture.
