Warm Black Pudding and Prawn Salad
We had some leftover black pudding and jumbo king prawns from
our . So we warmed them through until cooked and added
them to a mixed leaf salad with some blanched broccoli, some tomatoes
and spring onions.
We drizzled with an oil and balsamic vinegar dressing and tossed
the salad well before serving.
