Flatbreads 4 Ways
We decided to make flatbreads to go with our . We mixed 250g of self raising flour with 250g Greek
yoghurt, added half a teaspoon of baking powder and a good pinch
of salt.
We worked it into a dough, let it rest, then divided it into
four and flattened them all out into rough oval shapes.
For our four toppings we used: black pepper and green chilli
- smoked applewood cheese and herbs - smoked applewood cheese
and spring onion - smoked applewood cheese and cherry tomato.
We then baked them in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
