Singapore Noodles with Breaded Prawns
We coloured our pasta with food dye (1 green and 1 black). We
the made black, green and egg noodles. Which we cooked for 3-4mins.
We fried off some onions with some oil and chilli to which we
added piri piri seasoning. We coated some prawns in breadcrumbs
and deep fried them then and added them with plain prawns into
the onions. Adding more oil, we tossed the noodles into the pan
and gave it a good mix to ensure it was all coated in the spicy
oil.
