We rolled the dough out between 2 sheets of baking paper. To get it very thin (between 1mm and 2mm) we worked it through our pasta machine.

We then cut out disc shapes and layered them on baking trays with greaseproof paper and let them chill in the fridge for 20 mins.

We then baked them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15mins.
