Honey and Clove Roast Ham

We bought a large joint of ham for our Christmas dinner. We smeared honey over it and studded it with plenty of cloves.

We cooked it in the oven as per instructions and served it with julienne roast carrots and parsnips, roast potatoes and mash potatoes with spring onions.

Babs even managed to sneak some brussel sprouts onto our plates!!
