We prepared the broccoli and sliced chestnut and shitake mushrooms, spring onions and red, green and yellow peppers and cooked noodles in boiling water.

We heated up the wok, added garlic and chilli to sizzle for a few minutes then added the marinated pork slices to cook for a few minutes.
