Pork & Mushroom
We sliced 2 pork
loin fillets and left them to marinade in a mix of soy sauce,
oyster sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli.
We prepared the broccoli and sliced chestnut and shitake mushrooms,
spring onions and red, green and yellow peppers and cooked noodles
in boiling water.
