Leek Pasta Bake

We cooked some penne pasta and set it aside. We sautéed some thinly sliced leeks with onions, garlic and chilli. We added some small pieces of cooked ham and chunks of haloumi cheese to the leeks, tossed in the penne and mixed it altogether.

We poured it into a baking tin and covered with more pieces of haloumi and baked it in the oven for 20-25 mins.
