Hot & Sour Chicken
We chopped up half a pineapple into chunks and blitzed a few
pieces to give us some juice.
We added soy sauce, malt vinegar, lemon juice, cornflour, caster
sugar and our pineapple juice and most of the chunks to a wok.
We let the sauce thicken before adding chilli, ginger and garlic.
We then added chunky onions, red, green and yellow peppers and
Quorn fillet pieces.
Lastly was added some broccoli florets and spring onions.
We served it with orzo.
