Chicken Stuffed with Black Pudding
This dish is substantial yet stunning and would be great for
a dinner party.
We slit the chicken breasts and stuffed them with quality black
pudding and wrapped them in two slices of bacon.
They were then wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for 30-40
mins, with another 10-15 mins out of the foil to crisp up the
bacon.
The sauce was creamy leek and bacon which complimented the chicken
brilliantly.
