A great way to cook and serve potatoes. We covered the base of
a baking tray with course rock salt and placed new potatoes on
We put the tray into a hot oven 190°C for about 25 mins (or
until cooked through).
We let them rest and cool slightly for 2-3 mins which helped
them crisp up. The skins were salty and flavoursome and the middles
we soft and smooth.
A great side dish or starter if serving with a spicy sauce.
