Boozy Peaches and Raspberries
Birthday dessert for Despinaki was these lovely booze soaked
peaches. We drizzled Amaretto over sliced fresh peaches and then
gently heated them through.
It gave us a lovely syrupy sauce. We simply scattered over fresh
raspberries and served with a dollop of fresh cream on the side.
