Blue Cheese and Ham Tagliatelle
Another cook night when Babs and Despinaki decided to make lots
of pasta for use through the week. We made egg tagliatelle, which
we cooked in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 mins.
We drained it, tossed it in olive oil before tossing through
some slivers of cooked wafer thin ham and crumbled strong blue
cheese.
Served with garlic bread and some broccoli.
